The "PCM-1000" is a CNC centering machine developed by our company in response to the needs for shaft processing automation. The clamp vise features our unique three-point centering clamp mechanism, allowing for tool setup without steps for workpieces with a diameter difference of up to Φ25mm. Additionally, by mounting a center drill at the center of the milling cutter, we have created a compact machine that can perform end face processing and center hole processing with a single spindle, thereby reducing processing time. 【Features】 ■ An optional unique retractable mechanism for the center drill can be installed at the center of the milling cutter. ■ Our unique clamping mechanism allows for direct processing of the workpiece brought in from the work rest, improving the ease of workpiece attachment and detachment. ■ The position of the clamp vise can be changed according to the length of the workpiece via NC programming (optional for PCM600). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
